Cal. 28. S# 26558. Bbl 3 1/2" oct with Hartford address and brass bead. 5-shot full fluted cyl. Side hammer action with spur trigger. Blue finish. 1-pc walnut grip. Approx 40,000 mfg 1855-1870. UNATTACHED ACCCESSORIES: wood case with fitted interior. Case contains powder flask, bullet mold, screwdriver, cap tin, small quantity of bullets and case key. Case shows age related interior wear with a full length crack across the front of the lid. Case also contains a reproduction spec sheet. CONDITION: frame retains 70% blue showing carry wear. Bbl and cyl have faded gray appearance showing spotted corrosion. Grips show light wear with handling marks, small dents and chips. Sound mechanics. Lightly pitted bore retains intact rifling.
